Since the release of MW2 i have been in and out in the modding world. I don't consider myself to be new in the modding world but there are numerous things out there that i don't know how to do.

I have have some spare money and i think i want to invest in a 3.55 PS3. The problem is not finding one to buy but, what do i do with it?

I would like to know what should i mod on: CEX or DEX. I know that DEX is to efficiently RTM and all that stuff.

What i want to do with my CFW is mod GTA and COD and all that, even trophies and things of that matter.

I would like to know what CFW to install and what packages to have and all that.

CFW: GeoHot ? Kmeaw ? ...
Packages: Multiman, React PSN, .. (I don't know many)

In addition what can i install into my PS3 to prevent or reduce the chances of being banned? Where can i find or buy Console IDS or things like that.

I know there are a lot of other things that i didn't include in here that i should know to start modding. If you are kind enough please include anything you would like to.

- What is the difference between Rebug, Rogero and PS3ITA? What are the differecences bewteen things like PS3ITS 3.55 CFW 1.1 and PS3ITA 4.50 v1 CFW? Please help

If you are new to modding i would say get a cex ps3 and learn all about the tools you use the stuff you need changing patches using ftp etc... once you are comfortable with most that stuff you can go between cex or dex if you want someone legit to buy one of PM me if you just want to mod gta v and cod and trophies i would say cex will do the job.

I bought my DEX ps3 for my first time modding. However, I was already studying on the materials and what it took to use a DEX before I bought it. It works great for me from simple things to more complex things. Also if I were you, just buy a CEX console and switch it to DEX. CEX usually comes for a lot cheaper and you can switch them yourself and save some money.
