Okay so it used to be able to copy fine,i actually used to copy it quite a few times,and this time i had to recopy it is because i wanted to use frenchtouch's common.rpf mod and when i tried it,it would freeze when loading past the rockstar r icon (blue) on start up,so i decided just to delete the backed up copy and reback it up and then once it started to copy,after like 9 minutes of copying when it hits "part2.rpf" it aborts anyone know why? i dont think it can be anything on my disc cause its a cd type and i use it to play legit on my other ps3 (ofw slim) and i tried a few more times with other back up managers like ita manager 1.51 and still get aborted,i deleted everything off my ps3 relating to gta v even saves,and now when i use the actual disc to try to just play the game when it needs to install to the harddisk it installs all the way up to 4842 mb / 8k mb or something like that and it just sits there,and after awhile it will copy like 3 more mb then just sit there,and the music cuts off after while,idk what to do or what i did to mess it up,i even tried reinstalling my cfw,btw im on 4.50 ita dex and yes i have copied it on that cfw before with no problems,please someone help me out

I had a problem just like this Multiman would abort on a % part, but in my case it was from my Fifa 14 disc... It has nothing to do with MultiMan itself, but instead the disc itself, it's most probably quite scratched & or dusty, smudged or dirty (on the shiny side), the PS3's blu-ray laser/drive can't exactly fully read that certain particular section of the disc, so yeah basically you need to clean the disc.
If you've got a microfiber cloth, from center of the disc wipe outwards (important NOT rubbing or wiping in circular motion) like as shown here ->

Or if you someone don't have a microfiber/soft cloth, cotton balls, or a cleaning kit or a disc repair device like i do. Then you can try to do toothpaste way/trick... Google or youtube search: clean disc toothpaste

important kinda obvious but after cleaning if with damp cloth or if toothpaste way, dry the disc after. Don't insert it in your console even if it's a lil bit wet on either side, cos could possibly damage your PS3's blu-ray drive
