What I need to know is what is the possibility of me being banned using CFW?

I know that playing or modding Black ops will give me a ban but I have no intention to mod or even play any call of duty on the console. Will multiplayer on games like Tomb Raider be ok? Also as long as I do not mod anything can Sony detect and ban? Obviously I will use another account also as my main one has too much money put in it to be banned.
