So to make a long story short, I downgraded back to 3.55 and I can't install any cfw anymore. It gives me error code 80029CCA. When I go to Rebug tool box, it says you need to be on Rebug firmware in order to use all the features.
When I go to system info, it says Lv2 Kernel type Cex
Target type DEX

Do You mind telling us What CFW You are on?
Sounds like 3.55 DEX.

I solved this issue by finding my CEX and DEX flash. I then changed the kernel type and target type to CEX with those flashes..
