I use PSNPatch 2.45 (disable CFW) and Rogero 4.55 CFW and want to know the risk of getting banned when I get online to sync trophies (dont playing online).
PSNPatch 2.45 protects you 100% ? or 90% ? or 80%?

somebody who got banned even with PSNPatch?

I don't own a CFW, etc... But i do know that if you know what you're doing you'll be very safe. Just don't try to be a cool kid and show off mods online & if you do private match always Winky Winky

You could get banned on CFW ps3 by anything, so you might as well risk it before being banned lol.
