now is that dex or cex? and if not dex how do I put it in dex? I have 4.50 ita I could aways downgrade.and also another question ALSO I have a fat32 formatted hard drive and my ps3 doesn't detect it ho0w should I fix that?

I have the same thing with my ps3, I think it means that your on DEX and CEX you can use both.

Well when you install the a new HDD the PS3 will ask you to reinstall the CFW.
Make sure you have no disc in the drive and disable internet
