(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright I had two of the same ps3 edition chech 20001a and they both worked perfectly sesame and all then I got the idea to downgrade one I don't use so yesterday when I corralled my E3 flasher I put everything back together and set up the esata station and when I turned on my ps3 the fan started to run faster and faster and faster then my TV said couldn't find the data stuff and it beeped and then turned off . So I fixed my says station problem and now it is doing the same thing fan faster n faster then beeps n turns off when it is turned off the red light blinks constantly and you click it and it goes solid then turn it on and while it's turning off for a split second you can see a yellow light . The red light blinks. And for some reason gunsmithing I tried it on my second ps3 same darn thing. Help and the E3 flasher lights are on all switches down n all that I need help :-(

My sure the clip is on perfectly, i recommend putting two pennies on it and then taping it and i also had the red light blinking problem so what i did is i update e3 flasher with the samsung update bin and re-checked the clip on the nor chip and it worked.

Install the clip properly and put 2 pennies on top or a pound coin with duck tape like this:

Sometimes the fan can go faster but it shouldn't go too loud. Make sure you install that metal shield. Also check that no connectors on the console are broken/loose if everything is fine it must be the clip installation. Lastly before you put pressure on the clip make sure its connected properly beforehand.

Since your FAN is goin crazy, that means that the PS3 is overheating!
1. Make sure you have adequate amount of thermal paste
2. Make sure the clamps underneath the FAN are screwed on tightly: You must login or register to view this content.

You need the NOR chip from the PS3 to power up the e3 flasher.
