After you split it place it in packages folder on flashdrive then plug into your ps3 go onto multiman and goto install packages install 1 of the split files they should be red, after it gets done downloading on multiman go back to your xmb and the game should be there like a psn game inside the bubble then click on it and it should start installing

You dont need to put it back into one cuz MM does it for you
