Download Visual Studio (2012 or 2013 is recommended) and code it yourself.... its easy and there are a lot of noob prove tutorials on NGU that would help the newbies to get started.

No such thing, you'll have to learn it yourself by either trial and error or simply by watching some tutorials. I've wrote up a couple of C# tutorials, you can go step by step and learn some stuff from them.
