If you jailbreak them and go CEX you have to spoof to get online... If you're in DEX like me then you don't have to spoof XD

Downgrade to 3.55 is the only way and there is ways to get online if you have a CFW ps3. Just note that you will get banned on PS3 using a CFW fast so going online is pointless :p.

I've been going online with my CFW for long time now and luckily I have not been banned. You just need to be very careful and use some type of homebrew to clear history and disable CFW syscalls. So, going online with a CFW PS3 is not POINTLESS!
