so i recently installed visual express 2013 and i tried to code some rtm tools.
how ever after watching 100ths of diffrent videos i still don't get it to work
i know how to make it connect/attach and it works, but i have no clue how
i can make for example an rtm tool for gta 5 1.12 whilest i have the right offsets,...

is there like some one who would like to just teach me a few basic things that are so importent?
