I believe that one is where the E3 flasher is grounding out. take a scrap piece of paper and fold it to the size of your hard drive bay basically wrapping the E3 flasher so it doesn't touch the metal housing of the hard drive bay and i will help your full jailbreak to 3.55 CFW Bro

The issue is not with the E3 flasher shorting out!
The main issue is with the clip not making good contact with the NOR chip.
The 3 blue lights are most likely 1 5 6
