If the PS3 is on 3.55 OFW, you will need to first jailbreak it with any 3.55 CFW (Preferably REBUG 3.55.4) Then from there you will need to QA Flag your PS3. After that you will need to dump your EID_RootKey . Then you will need to retrieve your RootKey with multiman or any file manager. You will need to copy the RootKey to your usb. Then you can update to REBUG 4.46.1 . Once there you need to follow steps on how to convert CEX to DEX. There are many Tuts. on how to do it.
