Download multiMan. To get your PS3's IP simply go to "Settings" menu on the XMB, then scroll down to "System Settings" and then click "System Information". It should display your PS3's IP address there.

Your PS3's IP is the one to put into FileZilla, you put your IP in the "Host" text box on FileZilla and hit "Quick Connect". You don't have to enter a username or password or anything like that either.
