(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i updated my 4.46 rebug dex ps3 to 4.50 ITA dex and that went fine, then i installed my coldboot i had from 4.46 and was ok. Then i used the tool " PS3 Punch DEX ITA 4.50 " and hit Install CCAPI PKG DEX ONLY, as soon as i clicked that my ps3 lost all video and was just a black screen, tried restarting and still black screen, im able to get into recovery menu fine, tried reinstalling 4.50 ita cfw and no help, still black screen, tried rebuilding filesystem that was no help...Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

It doesn't sound like your console has been bricked. But if you'd like to check if it's bricked do this: Check if your power light changes colours when turning on. If your PS3's power light changes from green to yellow, then to a flashing red, this means you're PS3 is bricked. Since you can turn on your system fine then I don't think it's bricked, because if it was bricked your PS3 would not turn on at all due to internal damage or software corruption. Also, do you hear 5 double beeps that are really fast when turning on your PS3? And then does it shutdown 3 seconds later?
