This is exactly what happened to me! And I opened my ps3 and my cable from my motherboard to my bd drive was damaged just check that out ! Ucan get a new one and replace it amd ur ps3 will read disks again !!!


Also u can use that cable with a adaptor from ur mother board to ur adaptor to ur pc to copy it
