I got a 3.55 PS3 And I wanted to know what would be the best CFW to use for modding games or in general use?

general use would be geohots, his cfw has always been safe to use and reliable, if you want to do more advance things rather than just mod cod then use rebug.

I recommend REBUG or Rogero. If you go DEX then PS3ITA or REBUG 4.46 D-REX. Geohots CFW is not good nowadays as its so old.

So on Rebug i would also be able to MOD games? And i can always change back to OFW 3.55 correct?

Yes Rebug REX or Convert to DEX and its the best CFW's for modding games. And yes you can always go back to 3.55 just be sure to enable QA flagging before installing any CFW for easier downgrading down the road.
