If the clip is not torn it can still be used. As for the actual flash the pin looks bent which is going to cause your errors. You got to make that shit straight again only way. That happened to me before, I made mine straight and it worked but with a few more tries then usual.

The flasher still fits in the "board" and also how do you strieghtin it?

Yes but every pin needs to connect in the right hole. Too strengthen it I used duck tape.
