I was wondering which cfw I get. I have been asking around and 4.50 dex cfw seems to go but I honestly don't know.
For your information I am a noob at this stuff and need a little help. Which cfw is the best for mod menus for call of duty?

If you are wanting to use Mod Menus for COD only, you're gunna want to go with DEX. Even though people are starting to make their menus compatible with CEX, they are alot more stable and smoother running on DEX. Now for just modding using a project/tool that someone has created, go with CEX. I personally use my CEX console more than my DEX. But that is because I am using tools, netcheat, and debugger which are all created to work with CEX (and I don't have to change out eboots). For a noob though, my advice is switch it to CEX. Run some tools and get comfortable with modding. Research and find what actions/tools need to be used in order to go online the most stealth way possible. After you get that comfort zone, then I would switch to DEX. Good luck to ya and if you need anything feel free to pm me!

There is no 'safest' firmware. If you want mod menus and stuff, stay away from any cobra firmware. Cobra breaks support with CCAPI. DEX doesn't really do a lot that CEX can't anymore, and if you only want to mod COD, don't get a CFW PS3 please?
