Try deleting the entire patch and installing the original one again then doing it over again, you mustve messed something up

1. Patchblocker doesn't work no more.
2. If it's a 1.11 patch, delete the default_mp.self and then your patch should work.
3. If it's a 1.14 patch, delete the mw2 update, reinstall it, then put on the modded 1.14 patch you like. The menu should work even if your not host on 1.14. But you need to be host for most of the mods to work. D-pad up to open menu
