i have a retail OFW 4.55 , can i just update system with ROGERO 4.50 CEX CFW ? then install the pkg's because rogero i figured out allows you to install .PKGS

It is slightly lower but that is not the point.

As soon as you sign in on CFW you put your PSID and CID at risk if you do not know what your doing.

Any kind of modding is a risk even if the game is older or not makes very little difference. You should do some research and then ask some questions in regards to what you have learned.

Just remember that if you are going to down the CFW route then you can use CCAPI but to be able to mod fully you would need to go to DEX as CEX is not 100% compatable.

Not sure about Black ops 1 but I know for a fact that MW3 is a very low ban risk.

Yep those games would be 100% ban free because those games are old.
