i have a retail OFW 4.55 , can i just update system with ROGERO 4.50 CEX CFW ? then install the pkg's because rogero i figured out allows you to install .PKGS

In order to downgrade your ps3, you need to use a e3 flasher as your firmware is above 3.55
If you was on 3.55 then you could downgrade with just using a usb stick.

Also the latest Rogero firmware is 4.55 so you don't need to spoof it.

Like I said earlier. You can't use a usb stick to go on cfw if your ofw is above 3.55.
You need to flash your ps3 with a e3 flasher in order to have any custom firmware on.

I would reccommend going to ebay or craigslist to find a downgrade service - thats were I am getting mine done as we speek.
