Just download a tool which has tmapi and take it from there. DUH!

It only gives me ps3tmapi_ net.dll, is that the same thing? I'm trying to fix an error that my rtm tool gives me.

Yes, ps3tmapi_net.dll is PS3TMAPI. It can be downloaded here: You must login or register to view this content.. Just add the dll as a reference in Visual Studios.

Oh ok, so why does the error happen even when its in the same folder as the tool?

What is the error, try removing the reference and re-referencing it.
