Have a look if there is anyone in Melbourne doing downgrade services. I live in Brisbane and there are a lot of downgrade services down these ways.

i used this tut and it worked wonders, so have a look for the e3 flasher its cheaper if u know what your doing and will allow you to do more than one Ps3 and if there isn't already a service where you are you could cash in once you learn the ways

If I was you I would just buy a 3.55 OFW off ebay (like what I am doing) and jailbreak it from there.
