And This was my first time. I had download torrent games on my ps3 and played them on my ps3.the online game I play online was cod ghost and I am 100% sure that game fuck me over.

Cuz Sony must have obtained all of the your history files and so they banned you. Though it's not always safe to go online with a modded PS3. You must try out apps like SEN Enabler to stay safe, though it's still not guaranteed that you'll remain undercover.
