Your video wasn't 100% correct btw.
It does need to read bkpps3.bin, but if you name your dump bkpps3.bin it will read as bkpps3.bin.bin because it's already a binary file, so the file should be saved as bkpps3
Or it might be that your correct and it's just the way windows 7 works, anyway:

Actually it is 100% correct bro and let me tell you why!!!!!
1. I don't even add another .bin on the bkpp3_NOR_patched.bin Please start the video @ 16:07 and take another look!!!!!
I just remove the _NOR_patched to have bkpps3.bin in the end.
2. Unfortunately, people don't know how show hidden file extensions.
Regardless, the file need to be bkpps3.bin in the end bro!!!!
Just like PS3UPDAT, it needs to have a PUP in the end or be PUP file type
I'm glad you got you ps3 on CFW due to my 100% video.
