You can change your console id, it will be hard trying to find one. Here's a tip, if you were modding like crazy lol don't anymore, especially on the new games like CoD Ghosts.

Sadly there isn't any patches for GTA V Yet, or none that I know of so your best bet is what gunattacks said which is to change your console id on your CFW playstation 3, you can google tutorials or look for some on this site and look around for legit players that sell private console ids.

You're going to have to purchase a Private Console ID or use a public which can be found on other forums that will remain nameless. Just look around and search google. Best of luck man.
