I cant install 4.55 ofw on 4.50 cfw ?

and: I dont wanna format my hdd. I still need all my game data after updating to OFW.

Just do what I said and your good. Yes you can also update from 4.50 to 4.55 OFW once you remove the 4.55 spoofer.

I didnt use a spoofer. I have OFW 4.55 now on my storage media. Can I just update now from 4.50 Rogero ?

I want to delete my CFW Rogero 4.50 and update to 4.55.

I thought I can do this in XMB, Settings, System Update. Online Update. But I cant choose this.
If I go to Settings, System Updates, it says:

if u are going to do that ill trade u systems i got a ps3 slim 180gb brand new just private message me and we will see if u wana trade

Update via Internet (cant choose this)
Update via Storage Media ( can only choose this)
Update via System Storage (cant choose this)
Delete Update Data on System Storage (cant choose this)

I dont know that there are 4 options. I only know via Internet or Storage Media.

But I cant choose via Internet. So what to do? Download the OFW 4.55 on computer and install it over 4.50 CFW with STorage Media?
