I also cant start up any downloaded game such as minecraft evertime i start it up gives me a error.

Please tell me the error code when you attempt to start the game as there could be many different reasons, but try re-installing them and, or using multiman to re apply permissions etc. Now the Playstation Store error isn't anything new its normal for it to give a error when you start, but there should be a .pkg file in the "PS3 Cheats and Customization" Category look around you should find it
