Can i use the CCAPI 2.50 on the newest offical Firmware? I have a PS3 Slim whit the currently FW.

When not, how i can put a Cex on my Ps3? I never modded before, but everybody have his first time.

you cant use CCAPI on OFW

to put it on your CEX PS3, get the .pkg from the internet and install it.
also, be sure to download the console control application for your PC.
then simply find tools that support ccapi 2.50 and your good

You have no way of installing CCAPI on the system as OFW's do not have the 'Install Package File' option. And if you already have CCAPI installed, like from when you were on a CFW and updated to OFW, i'm not sure if it would work but I doubt it would.

And to put your system on a CEX firmware, you will first have to downgrade you PS3 to 3.55 FW. You can use a E3 Flasher to do this, but it will cost you some money for the E3 Flasher.

Not possible. If you are not on 3.55 or below you cannot use CFW without downgrading using E3. CCapi is not made for OFW it's made for CFW. Simple as that.

Wouldn't data transferring to an OFW from a CFW w/ CCAPI then have it on the OFW ps3?

every homebrew package you transfer from CFW to OFW will end up with a error when you try to boot it, because its signed with 3.55 keys and on 3.56> FW the 3.55 keys are blacklisted
