Post: USB Doesn't show up in GAME DATA UTILITY?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a CECH-4001c model PS3 slim, I formatted my USB drive made sure it was FAT/Fat32 or whatever and put in a Dark Souls 2 save file from here on it in a fresh folder on the drive ("PS3/SAVEDATA/") but when I put it into the PS3 nothing shows up in saved data utility, do you need to do anything else to transfer the save from the USB to the PS3? If no what am I doing wrong?

I modded GTA5 online a while ago with some wierd Ethernet cord method without any real issues, is there a way to do that method with just a savefile maybe?

EDIT: I'm in the process of manually reformatting the USB drive into a FAT32 format with my command prompt, going to see if this will help the PS3 recognize the drive at all, didn't trust windows auto formatting.
