My PS3 SLIM CECH 2104B does not start XMB: it ask connect controller and give FW 3.20 or higher. When I try update it (put PUP-file if usb:/PS3/UPDATE/) to any firmware 3.20 or higher - it says "data is corrupted" (errors 8002F225 or 8002F2B5 or 8002F2C5)or no applicable update found . In recovery menu I have same errors how do i fix it ? i read in psdev site that cech 21xx models have 3.20 from factory i dont know how it went there i was on rebug rex 4.46.2.

If your console was in DEX mode when you formatted the HDD, that means the system memory still has DEX flashed to it. That console will only accept DEX firmware. Since you tried reinstalling your current DEX firmware (4.46.1), I recommend you go lower. I would try either flashing 4.41.3 or 4.30.2 D-REX from the official REBUG site. This may work because your system is tricked into thinking it's on 4.46 and won't accept firmwares of the same number. Try flashing a lower DEX firmware.

Download the 3.55 dex ofw. Try this! Google it, I'm on mobile.
