Well get ready for a long process on downgrading, toggling QA flag and Converting to DEX. This happen to me as well when I wanted to go to DEX. Just download everything from here: www. psx- scene .com/ forums/content/rogero-downgrader-pup-any-cfw-version-back-3-55-3171/
And follow the instructions. Make sure to install downgrader first and QA flag PS3 then install any firmware u want.
