Maybe it is from BLUS/BLES/Whatever region not from the disk or inside game. I am not sure but I think I am true.

No like ps store games have different offsets. The updates are built in unlike the disk you are asked to used where ps store games aren't they just update with no yes/no prompt

Move it to C: \Program Files (x86)\SN Systems\PS3\bin

Download CCAPI 2.5 from FMT's website, install package on ps3 and install .exe on your computer, after running a package file on your ps3 click on CCAPI2.5 and finish installation. After that go to your computer and connect CCAPI2.5 using your ps3 ip. After than connect your tool with bles/blus and select CCAPI from options.
