i have spare PS3 motherboard ( DYN - 001) which is unfixable ( Broken fan connector, the plug from power supply broke off).

so here is my question, is there any way to get CID out of it? i have E3 Flasher and i was wondering if there is a way to power the NOR chip externally, like solder a wire to it and connect battery or something. it has a CID which has never been banned and i could use that in case my main PS3 gets banned.

The only way you can get the CID from a dead motherboard (As far as I know) is if you already have a nor backup. Use a tool called GetCID to get the PSID and CID from the backup.

can you get the link or upload "GetCID" program? i cant seem to find it anywhere

It's possible read/write nor from external power with progskeet... But you have E3 flasher, & actually there is a way to externally power e3 flasher to read/write the nor chip ->You must login or register to view this content., You must login or register to view this content.
You will need to solder some wires to e3 flasher board & + PSU is also required to make it work.
