I am going off the assumption that You have a NOR Console and a downgradable PS3.

£53 for E3 flasher... i bought mine for £45 on amazon.

Go on ebay/amazon and search e3 flasher. just be sure to buy an e3 flasher and not got ripped off.
ive seen them as low as 20 $...
