errm is'nt psn SIGNED PKG when you download them LOL test that to try install

I need the PKG itself, not the download from stores or updates, i really mean the PKG itself.

When you mean "REALLY PKG" 1: do you mean the make_self tools 2: a specific PKG (example please)
All psn games and psn updates are all signed PKG! if your thinking HOMEBREW!! im sorry to say even with SCEDEV account there is no PKG its all done by tools (programing,jtag,syscon,coding) if you want a REALLY PKG create a script in python or java sign a pkg with ecdsa oh that's right no private keys to verify,sign lol GOOD LUCK!!!

Whats wrong with your REALLY PKG, i sead i REALLY MEAN THE PKG ITSELF not REALLY PKG.Also i already found what i needed.
