Modded Comment
Question: How do i make a modded comment ?
Answer: okay this is going to involve some File editing (HxD Or Notepad ), you are also going to need a FTP client and server ( FileZilla and MultiMan )

Step One: give yourself a comment, doesnt have to be anything special, just some sort of comment,

Step Two: Sign Out, and navigate to dev_hdd0/home/*YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER*/friendim/mecomment.dat

Step Three: either Drag it to your Desktop or right click it and select "View/Edit"

Step Four: the file should open up in Notepad, if it does you should see your comment

Step Five: You can put anything here as long as it's 64 bytes or less, a good way to know is that when you save the file and close out of notepad it should tell you the file size when you refresh the directory, If that number is 64 or higher, you will have to delete some stuff. There are also more characters and placements that you can have with your Modded Comment and that is all covered You must login or register to view this content.

Step Six: Once you have done that and you have transferred the file back over, go ahead and sign back into PSN and you should have yourself a Modded Comment.
