Go to (Settings)> (System Update), and then run the update. so what can i do?? And after should i change to DEX CFW cuz i wonder that cuz CEX need ccapi but does DEX need anything like that?

U need a spoofer to get online. Use the latest SEN Enabler. It's a spoofer, History wiper, and a temporarily CFW disabler for getting online more safe.

i would like to change to DEX so is there rogero 4.55 DEX? and if there isn't so link another dex 4.55 pls

Look at CFW Tutorials on you tube Mzbomb3rszz he has a step by step tut for jailbreaking to toggle.Qa to eid root dumping and all , rebug 4.46 cex is what i use. i jailbroke in 3.55 kmeaw and went to 4.46 rebug

Yea what i would first do is get qa Flag then get a spoofer, There easy to find just look up 4.55 spoofer. Most spoofers are compatible with all versions from like 4.20-4.50

Also CCAPI is only for CEX which you don't need DEX to spoof. You should have asked the downgrade service to put you on dex. Going from CEX to DEX Is pretty hard and tends to mess up easily.

if you want to go to dex make sure that the kid that downgraded your ps3 dehashed you console or you will get bricked downgrading, converting kernels or updating to new firmwares.
