(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm on 4.50 ita and i can't rtm. My target manager connect to my ps3 just fine (i try to reset it to system software mode) but the rtm tools can't connect to my ps3. Any suggestions? I also have my debug setting correct so ya. Please help!

It could be a firewall problem
If Windows 7 Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Firewall
If Any Windows Windows 8 Same Method Above

Also it could be the way you are connected
If The Target Manager Is Connected Your Golden
If The Target Manager Says Available Problem

Also Make Sure You Have A Debug Eboot For Your Game
Always Add "That" Debug Eboot In HDD>game>Whatever Your Game ID Is<
That Could Be You Main Issue In That Factor
You Cannot Connect & Attach A Game With An RTM While In DEX Unless You Have A Clean "DEBUG EBOOT" for that game specifically.
Try That Out And Tell Me How That Goes...
