A dongle is a jailbreak on a usb. You need to downgrade the system first so you can jailbreak it.

theres a couple of tutorials on the site that can help you
i have personally downgrade atleast 20 2001a without one problem with the tutorial without having to go in factory service mode

limited just comes with esata and i didnt use a dongle and i dont think you need one

Don't buy the limited E3 package comes with sata station that you don't need.

The only thing you need is a micro Sd card reader to transfer the backups to & from E3 & PC

send it away to get jailbroken.. when it comes back join a modding clan and learn from them how not to get banned.. at first i didnt know shit about modding then i got my CFW ps3 and my modding clan (TTM) helped me out with not getting banned and shit now i know how not get banned and i know how to do alot of stuff
