To get out of it temporarily, hold down your ps3 power button while turning it on until you hear a second beep. It should beep once when you press the button, then keep holding it for 5 seconds until it beeps again, this will reset your settings and get you out of debug mode. And to permanently fix it, just go to debug settings and switch from debug mode to release mode.
