heres how i want to do it:

I sign offline disconnect the internet from the ps3 and play a back up on multiman say like watch dogs then when i finished playing the game i come out of multiman use psninja and clear the history and connect to the internet sign back into PSN

will i get banned for that?

Well, my buddy has been playing pirated games online for the past 6 months and hasnt even been banned so u prob wont have nothing to worry about but just incase have ur console id spoofed. Take care g

If you play offline is chance for you getting banned for that is slim to none.

I play them online, and with others. No ban in over 6 months so you should be good.

Playing thousands worth of pirated games for over a year , Still have my original CID .
