One does not simply make a Console ID. Buy a new ps3, then you will have a new Console ID!

You can't make a new console ID but you can buy one from someone who sells them. Remember, buying/trading/selling console ID's on NGU is not allowed.

That is how people get console ids, from other people (steal them) or from broken ps3. If you want a private one for sure you need a broken ps3 or a working one and with an E3 flasher extract the console id.
