Hmm, well if Aldostools's GetConsoleID.exe doesn't somehow work or even open up in PS3 NOR/NAND Statistic app, then sounds like your NAND's flash dumps aren't complete/full.

That's what I was thinking. The ps3 that I'm trying to get the cid off of is somewhat working. I don't have the bluray drive or logic board. And the fan is not working. I'm trying to downgrade it to 3.55 DEX and then back up to 4.46 rebug that is patched so I can run Homebrew on it. The fan is not working so idk if I'm SOL or what.
