Which dlc is this camo or like maps if maps which map pack?

You can do a simple SFO edit to the DLC.

or you can extract the files and FTP them manually to their correct directories.

ok how do i extract the files from the pkg ?? and then how do i edit a pkg with SfoEditor ?? Because i tried dropping the pkg onto sfoEditor and nothing happened and then i tried opening file from sfoEditor file locator and it wont open with winrar either so could you please be more specific im after the camos please help

You extract the files with pkgview. If you're going to edit the SFO, you'll have to re compile the pkg.
