Your CID got stolen used and banned !!have if flashed and see if u can get clean dumps and jailbreak.and buy new CID .what's the model number and manufacture date ?? That will tell u everything ...

But why they did it to me ? hah im 16 years old nothing more.. 600 $ for nothing ? rly ? and i just bought GTA V and BF4.....

Cos Sony didn't steal your CID (Console ID) lol. They just permanently banned it.

Although if you had your PS3 console downgraded by a downgrade service that you paid someone, then yeah the scum probably copied/stole the CID & sold it online or used for himself.

Edit: re-reading OP, you don't own a CFW/Custom Firmware PS3 at the moment, correct?. And your console is PSN banned? Or just account banned?

I'm not sure to be honest what you're saying as your description & grammar isn't that good... Anyway I advise you call PSN/Sony Playstation Network (find contact number online) ask them & find out reason why. Or get a parent to call as you're 16 and if you're not confident on the phone.
