3.70? Hmm... Are you still on a custom firmware? Are you able to install homebrew still? If so, I suggest un-installing CCAPI and try downgrading to 3.55 and re updating to which ever custom firmware you can. Also try to restore the file system, maybe that will work?

Do you had a disc in you ps3 while updating it?

I'd say the update file you got was a troll.. you should always use reliable sources for your cfw. If that's 3.70 ofw you can't get cfw without an e3 flasher now. Sorry

Yeah its ofw and also it was off this website it was 100% trust worthy as it was stickied I think. Also it worked for me before.
