My PS3 is going from my router to the ps3. So the ps3 is connected to the router with a Ethernet cable. Whenever I use the tool. I can connect but not attach!

I start up Ghosts. Open up Target Manager. Connect on TM! Then go to kernal explorer and click the green play button! On the debug eboot. I go back to the modding tool. I connect but can't attach I don't know why! I got the latest debug eboot for ghosts 1.13?
