My network settings for debug are on dual because when they are on single it get an error. My ps3 and account are not banned. Tools connect but none will attach i have tried multiple eboots and tools please help

Make sure boot mode is in system software mode and release mode NEEDS to be in development mode or rte won't attach.
Also make sure the ps3 IP and target manager IP are the same

Thanks i think i know the problem. I need to click the second option in the network settings in ps3ita manager. The one that says restore original eid5 key or something like that and my settings match what you said just need to wait till i can go on thanks for the help though

Hopefully you were able to fix your problem. I've had this problem one time before when I first bought my CFW and it's a simple fix really, just make sure that your PS3 is on system software mode.
